What is your payment policy?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book a spot in my schedule, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Is it possible to pay in instalments?
Yes. We can always find a suitable way in which you can invest in a new branding or website that also feels good financially.
Are there any additional costs?
Additional costs may include expenses such as font licenses or printing costs. These will be discussed before incurring any charges.
How will I receive my design files?
I use Google Drive to supply files to clients. You’ll have access to all required file types (e.g. JPEG, PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) through this platform.
Do you provide ongoing support?
I love to continue to support you and your business through the brand launch and beyond. Any reasonable issues will be remedied. This does not include any new changes to the brand.
Can I make revisions to the design after it's completed?
Revisions are included in the project scope. Any additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate, although in 99% of cases, two refinement rounds are plenty.
